Dr Phil Brown has moved north to the warmer clime of Bundaberg to work for the University of Central Queensland. Congratulations Professor Brown!  While Phil remains an important contributor to the AuSHS Executive, he has stood down as president.

As per the constitution, the committee elected Dr Alistair Gracie as our new president. Penny Measham was consequently elected as treasure and we also welcomed Dugald Close to the commitee as the new regional member for Tasmania.
